Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center in Scottdale, PA seeks a Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead our nursing team and drive delivery of exceptional patient care. You will develop nursing policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a collaborative, supportive work environment for staff and residents.
The DON will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to implement programs that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of quality,
Qualifications
- Experience in a management or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Current RN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Strong leadership, management, and staff development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsabilités
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures with regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment through open communication, teamwork, and ongoing staff education and training.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to develop programs promoting positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ensure nursing services are delivered with the highest quality, safety, and efficiency.
