You will translate philosophy and policies into everyday practice, lead nursing teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.

You will supervise hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions, while collaborating with medical staff and administration to optimize outcomes and service excellence

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in appropriate state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification as required by ASC policy.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of people leadership experience.

• Demonstrate ability to communicate the center’s mission, goals and values to all staff.
• Provide supervision, leadership, and guidance to leaders and staff in goal setting and problem solving.
• Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions for clinical staff.
• Develop, implement and update nursing policies to improve patient care and ensure compliance.
• Ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other centers and departments to support center goals and patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate fiscal accountability for center resources and manage budget.
• Oversee QAPI program and committees as part of continuous improvement.
