Responsibilities

• Provide interim operational and nursing leadership across Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery, Operating Room, PACU, Endoscopy, Pain Services, and Sterile Processing.
• Lead clinical and operational performance in a high-volume surgical environment, optimizing staffing, resources, workflows, and financial performance.
• Partner with physician leaders and stakeholders to strengthen surgical operations and advance perioperative strategic initiatives.
• Champion quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and professional nursing standards while fostering accountability and shared governance.
