Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing and clinical teams at St. Francis Ambulatory Surgery Center.

You will ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective surgical care and oversee regulatory compliance across multiple specialties. The role requires an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of leadership in outpatient surgery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership, preferably in outpatient surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing and clinical teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supply management.
• Collaborate with physicians and administration to support center goals.
• Serve as administrative leader in the Administrator’s absence.
