Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state practiced
• Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited nursing school
• 2+ years nursing supervisory experience; 5 years in long-term or acute health care preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans that comply with physician orders, regulations and facility policies
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices
• Participate in admissions decisions and evaluate prospective residents
• Attend management meetings to discuss resident status, census, personnel or complaints
