DFW Nursing & Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to collaborate with the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services across professional and non-professional staff. The role emphasizes cost-effective, high-quality care while upholding healthcare and legal responsibilities for residents and the facility.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, actively licensed in Texas, with proven leadership and management capabilities,

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active Texas nursing license.
• Demonstrates leadership and managerial ability in coordinating the Nursing Department.
• Willing to work weekends and varying shifts as needed to cover resident care.
