The Nursing Coordinator oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. Serves as a primary coordinator for managing daily patient throughput, ensuring the effective and efficient care of patients. The primary goals of this position are to improve hospital throughput of ED admits, Direct Admits, Surgical Admits, increase inpatient bed utilization and reduce patient or bed turnaround delays. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, supports care planning and staffing activities, and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow, quality and safety metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards, and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Minimum 57.56/hour - Maximum 89.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
