Job summary

South College seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Associate to manage student health compliance for its graduate nursing program. You will ensure immunizations, background checks and certifications are up to date, and you will educate students on requirements while coordinating with faculty and staff.

You will use CastleBranch for data management, generate compliance reports, and support program leadership with process improvements to maintain a 90% compliance goal.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience managing compliance and student records.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Records: manage student records related to clinical health requirements (immunizations, background checks, certifications).
• Data Tracking: use data systems to track compliance status and generate reports for program leadership.
• One-on-One Guidance: assist students with compliance questions and fulfill requirements.
• Education on Requirements: develop materials/sessions to educate students on compliance standards.
• Conduct Audits: perform audits to ensure 90% compliance or higher.
• CastleBranch Management: act as primary resource for CastleBranch to manage health compliance data.
• System Optimization: optimize CastleBranch usage for data management and reporting.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: work with faculty and staff to align on compliance needs.
• Reporting: prepare compliance reports highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
