Job summary

The Harrison, a Sonida Senior Living community in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in an assisted living/memory care setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, medication reminders, and transfers, while reporting changes to the Assisted Living Director. Indiana CNA licensure and high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Indiana.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards, including dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs: dining setup, serving meals, fluids, and substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminds residents to take medications and assists with opening containers/packages.
• Notices changes in residents' behavior/conditions and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.
