Job summary

Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in a combined Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

The role includes assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, dining support, and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity for residents. We offer strong benefits and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be licensed in Minnesota as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
• Similar or same role working in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalent.
• Experience passing and handling medications and treatments in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalent.
• CNA wage is 22$ per hour
• Additional $1 per hour included for being a trained and active medication aide.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents.
• Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director.

Availability:
