Job summary

Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living and memory care community. You will assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, and mobility, while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications include a Minnesota CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and prior experience in long-term care or similar settings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be licensed in Minnesota as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
• Similar or same role working in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalent.
• Experience passing and handling medications and treatments in a Long-Term Care Community, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate
• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents
• Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director
