Job summary

Ortonville Area Health Services and Fairway View Communities are seeking CNAs to assist residents with daily cares and to support nurses in a long-term care setting. The role offers meaningful daily interaction and advocacy for residents.

Evening (2pm-10:30pm) and Night (10pm-6am) shifts are available with hourly pay of $22.50–$28.55 and shift differentials of $1.50 (evening) and $3.00 (night). Benefits include healthcare, paid time off, and retirement with employer match, with training and CNA

Qualifications

• Current registration on MN Nursing Assistant registry; licence to be obtained within 4 months of hire date per state law.

CNA - Long Term Care

Ortonville Area Health Services and Fairway View Communities are seeking CNAs that are responsible for performing a variety of duties, helping residents with daily cares, and assisting nurses with specific tasks. If you are not currently certified, we will also provide training and certification for the serious candidate. Candidates must obtain Current registration on MN Nursing assistant registry and obtains license within 4 months of hire/transfer date required by state law.

The caregiver provides medical and physical care to the residents of the household to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. While this care is provided under the leadership of a professional nurse, the caregiver is the residents’ closest advocate in the household.

Hours And Pay

• Evening Shift (2pm-10:30pm) and Night Shift (10pm-6am) available
• $1.50 evening shift differential, $3.00 Night shift differential
• $6.00 differential for picking up shifts
• Alternating weekends, with 1 holiday rotation per year
