Job summary

Tranquillity at Fredericktowne, a Sonida Senior Living community in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and assist with daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in STATE.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Assists with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluids, and substitutions when appropriate.
• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents.
• Recognizes changes in residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director.

Education
