Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) seeks a full-time Clinical Site/Preceptor Representative to build and maintain a pipeline of clinical sites and preceptors for GCU nursing students.

This role covers a defined territory, develops relationships with rural, private, community and hospital-based clinics, and ensures site agreements and compliance with university policies. Travel and independent work are expected as part of territory development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or allied health; Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to develop business relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Ability to work with minimal daily oversight and be entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of clinical sites and preceptors.
• Manage territory including existing accounts and new site development.
• Secure clinical site affiliation agreements and ensure active site contracts.
• Coordinate training events for preceptors, students, and faculty.
• Collaborate with college staff and community partners to ensure compliance.
• Build partnerships with rural, private, and hospital-based clinics to expand enrollment.
