The Valley Hospital-Paramus seeks a Clinical Practice Specialist to provide expert nursing care and lead evidence-based practice across the Valley Health System. You will coach patients, families, and colleagues, guide clinical development, and collaborate on care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requires NJ RN license, Master's degree, and Magnet certification by 06/01/2026; 3–5 years in L&D or postpartum is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Master’s degree and RN license in NJ.
- Magnet certification required as of 06/01/2026.
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in L&D or postpartum.
