The Valley Hospital-Paramus is seeking a Clinical Practice Specialist to provide professional and clinical nursing expertise for specified patient populations within Valley Health System. The role advances nursing through expert practice, coaching families and staff, and leadership across clinical, professional, and systems domains.

Requirements include a Master's degree, NJ RN licensure, Magnet certification, and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with Labor and Delivery or Postpartum

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New Jersey required.
• Magnet recognized national certification required.
• Experience in adult education principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with staff to influence, guide, direct and develop clinical and professional nursing skills.
