The Valley Hospital-Paramus seeks a Clinical Practice Specialist to contribute expert nursing care, guidance, and collaboration across care teams. You will apply evidence-based practice, influence staff development, and support optimal patient outcomes within the Valley Health System.

Required to hold a Master’s degree, NJ RN licensure, and Magnet certification by 2026-06-01, with 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, including pediatrics/PICU.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Current New Jersey RN licensure is required.
• Magnet certification must be achieved by 2026-06-01.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience with pediatrics/PICU preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert clinical nursing care to designated patient populations.
• Guide and coach patients, families and other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate to develop optimal treatment plans and evidence-based practices.
