Job summary

Merrimack College in North Andover, MA seeks a Clinical Placement Coordinator for the School of Health Sciences. This RN staff role coordinates clinical placements, collaborates with clinical affiliates and the CCP, and assigns students to clinical groups across courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Course Coordinators, Program Directors, and the Nursing Division Administrative team to identify clinical education needs for the programs.
• Assign students into clinical groups in collaboration with Clinical Course Coordinators, Program Directors and the Nursing Division Administrative Team.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Administrator to ensure students, faculty and program are compliant with contractual agreements and BORN regulations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affiliates and the Central Clinical Placement Agency to secure appropriate clinical placements for the nursing programs.
• Participate in the collection and analysis of data related to clinical placements for regulatory and accreditation reporting, and evaluation and improvement of programs.
