Job summary

Saint Anselm College, a private Benedictine liberal arts college in New Hampshire, seeks a Coordinator for Clinical Placements and Partnerships in the Jean School of Nursing and Health Sciences. You will coordinate clinical rotations, experiential learning, and onboarding for students and faculty, while developing partnerships with healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in nursing, healthcare, education, business, or related field is desirable.
• Prior experience coordinating clinical, internship, or experiential learning placements required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CCP, CastleBranch, and Canvas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotations, specialty experiences, observations, and undergraduate preceptorships across all semesters.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements for clinical placements, including health, safety, facility, EMR, and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate clinical expectations and onboarding responsibilities to students and faculty.
• Coordinate undergraduate preceptorship applications, timelines, resumes, and placement submissions.
• Develop and maintain placement tracking in CCP and with external clinical partners.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Nursing requirements.
• Coordinate experiential learning experiences with Community & Public Health Program Director.
• Submit required documentation through CCP and to external partners.
