Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in nursing, healthcare, education, business desirable.
• Experience coordinating clinical, internship, or experiential learning placements.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CCP, CastleBranch, and Canvas.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotations, specialty experiences, observations, and undergraduate preceptorships across fall, winter, spring, and summer semesters.
• Coordinate student and faculty onboarding requirements for clinical placements, including health, safety, facility, EMR, and other site-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain placement tracking systems and submit required documentation through CCP and to external clinical partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state Board of Nursing requirements.
• Communicate placement assignments, deadlines, documentation, and onboarding requirements to students.
