Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a nursing leader to drive administrative and operational excellence across assigned departments. You will oversee cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes while promoting patient-family centered care and staff engagement.

The role requires an RN license in Georgia, a recognized nursing degree, and several years of hospital experience with leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical setting.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Focus on patient/physician and staff satisfaction, change management and value-driven outcomes.
• Support succession planning and growth of future nursing leaders.
