Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan, GA, seeks an Administrative Nursing Leader responsible for multiple departments, including finance, HR, operations, and quality of care. You will work within the entity management team and Shared Governance to promote the mission and person-centered care across the continuum.

You will guide staff satisfaction, succession planning, and development of future nursing leaders, with staffing support as needed to care for adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Competenze

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including leadership.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance management, HR, and operations.
• Ensure quality of care, clinical outcomes, and patient/physician and staff satisfaction.
• Engage in change management and participate in Shared Governance.
• Support succession planning and development of future nursing leaders.
• May assist in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
