Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Pooler, GA, is seeking a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical education experiences for nursing students, ensuring quality and compliance under the Director of Clinical Learning.

The CLM will coordinate clinical site partnerships, support faculty with evaluations, manage data reporting, and help orient students and staff to policies, while advancing college-wide initiatives under campus leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN/MSN/doctorate preferred and RN licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical education experience.
• Experience aligning clinical experiences with course objectives and outcomes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and report clinical experience data.
• Attend and support campus committee meetings.
• Ensure clinical quality through site walkthroughs quarterly.
• Support faculty with student clinical concerns.
• Conduct faculty evaluations and participate in hiring/retention activities.
• Assist with orientation to clinical experiences and compliance requirements.
• Lead college-wide initiatives and policy updates under DCL guidance.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum, assessment, and instructional models.
