Grayson College in Grayson County seeks an ADN Clinical Adjunct to supervise student clinical learning experiences in the Associate Degree Nursing program, in accordance with the Board of Nursing and college policies.

This is a part-time position paying $40.00/hour. The role involves providing instruction in clinical settings, facilitating experiences to meet objectives, and evaluating students while collaborating with faculty and clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in Texas is required.
• Experience teaching in an educational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction in the clinical settings as assigned and supervises student clinical learning experiences in the affiliate agency or alternative practice setting with a 1:10 faculty-to-student ratio.
• Facilitates clinical experiences to meet clinical objectives and maintains collegial attitude with clinical sites.
• Works as a team member in the Nursing Department and adheres to college policies and procedures.
• Provides verbal and written evaluations of students and clinical experiences to measure objective attainment and assists with lab supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
