Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master’s in Nursing; must hold Georgia RN licensure.
• Minimum three years of recent professional nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Three to five years of clinical instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical instruction 12-24 hours per week each semester.
• Oversees a group of students for 8-12 hours in a clinical setting; grades clinical documentation.
• Collaborates with course coordinator to align class material with clinical experience.
• May assist in the lab or lecture when not in clinical.
• Follows credentialing, drug testing, and safety protocols as required.
