The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 3+ years of nursing leadership experience; a Master’s is preferred. This full-time on-site position offers professional development and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of three years as an RN in a relevant care setting.
• Experience in nursing staff development or nursing leadership is required.
• Outside applicants must demonstrate meeting criteria in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Educate staff on regulatory standards, current clinical practice, and safety.
• Coordinate and evaluate unit staff orientation.
• Ensure staff competencies and collaborate with departments to avoid duplication.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and Clinical Education Council.
• Maintain staff education tracking records.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Unit Leaders to meet goals.
• Attend educational opportunities and present summaries.
• Involve in candidate interviews and assess fit for units.
• Support staff evaluations and develop individual education plans.
• Encourage participation in seminars, meetings, and governance.
