Job summary

Luminis Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Education to lead nursing education across its facilities, directing staff development, clinical education, and professional growth to drive high-quality patient care outcomes.

You will oversee the Nurse Residency Program, coordinate with NRP coordinators, and drive accreditation efforts such as PTAP while managing the system's education budget and maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Three years of clinical experience required.
• NPD certification required within 2 years of hire.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing education operations across Luminis Health facilities.
• Supervise the Nurse Residency Program and coordinate with NRP staff.
• Lead PTAP applications and align NRP programs for accreditation.
• Manage HSCRC nursing grant budget with leadership approval.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, Magnet, and Pathways.
• Develop staff through orientation, competency, and ongoing education.
