Luminis Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Educator to promote high-quality, cost-effective care through expert staff education across Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Pediatric services. You will collaborate with leadership to plan organization-wide educational goals and drive innovative learning initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, RN licensure, and at least five years in a Level III maternity/newborn setting, with a preference for a Doctoral degree.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Five years of RN experience in Level III maternity/newborn care.
