Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations and support resident care in a Texas facility. The role emphasizes dependable leadership, clinical judgment, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

The ADON will help manage staffing, care plans, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident outcomes in a geriatric/long-term care setting.

Qualificações

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support staffing needs: step in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care: contribute to MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation: review and maintain up-to-date resident records.
• Develop care plans: collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized plans.
