Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently listed as a Nursing Assistant I (NA I) with the NC DHHS and no substantiated findings.
• BCLS certification must be maintained/completed by end of new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide manual assistance.
• Record patient data for medical records and inform RN/LPN of information collected.
• Administer daily care including feeding, bathing, mobility and comfort as assigned.
• Assist with procedures, positioning, dressing changes and weight measurements.
• Record vital signs, I&O, and report changes in condition to RN/LPN.
