Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant I (NA I) in North Carolina with no substantiated findings.
• BCLS certification must be maintained/completed by the start of employment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide manual assistance.
• Record patient data for medical records and inform RN/LPN of findings.
• Administer basic patient care including hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport as needed.
• Document care in the EMR and support unit operations and workflow.
