Required are a Master’s in Nursing, RN licensure, and 3–5 years in academic nursing with supervisory experience. Salary ranges $70,000–$85,000 with benefits; transcripts and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Hold unencumbered RN licensure.
• 3–5 years in an academic nursing setting within the last 7 years.
• Supervisory experience in education and industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASN Bridge nursing programs at SCTC's Jasper, Butts, Spalding and Fayette campuses.
• Balance instructional and administrative duties with release time for leadership tasks.
• Plan, organize and align work with the college's objectives.
• Evaluate faculty and staff performance within the nursing unit.
• Develop program budget and accreditation documentation; liaise with AVP of Nursing.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings and advisories.
