Job summary

State of Georgia seeks a Director for ASN Bridge programs to oversee nursing education across Jasper, Butts, Spalding, and Fayette campuses. The role combines instructional and administrative duties with leadership over budgeting, staffing, and accreditation matters.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s in Nursing, active RN licensure, and substantial higher education leadership experience, including curriculum and program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; acceptable degrees per accrediting agencies.
• Unencumbered RN licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years in an academic unit in higher education within the past 7 years.
• Experience in supervisory role in education and industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ASN Bridge programs across multiple campuses.
• Balance instructional and administrative duties with release time for administration.
• Plan and organize unit work to meet technical college objectives.
• Evaluate performance of full- and part-time faculty and staff.
