Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience handling investigations or regulatory matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alleged nurse practice and related violations under the Nurse Practice Act.
• Prepare investigative reports and recommend disciplinary actions to the Board.
• Enter case information into the database and maintain case status for timely resolutions.
• Present cases at board meetings or administrative hearings.
