Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and clear communication, with 1–2 years of management experience and 3–5 years in Medical‑Surgical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; BSN or higher.
• Florida RN license; BLS required for all areas.
• ACLS required for ICU, ED, and specialty areas.
• 1-2 years management or leadership experience.
• 3-5 years Medical‑Surgical clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bed requests and facilitate patient progression through the continuum of care.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective bed placement across units.
• Coordinate with medical directors, attendings, nurses and support services 24/7.
• Provide administrative oversight for patient, physician and nursing concerns.
