Morningside House of Spotsylvania in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. We offer multiple shifts including 2pm–10pm and 10pm–6am, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires a CNA licensure.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• One to three months related experience and/or training may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts.
• Assists with oral hygiene and mouth care.
• Assists with bathing, dressing and undressing as necessary; records anomalies.
• Assists with nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents.
• Makes occupied and unoccupied beds as assigned.
• Monitors residents and ensures personal care needs are met.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Essential Functions

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts.
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNAassists or gives oral hygiene and mouth care.
• Assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary. Records anomalies (i.e. bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling, etc.)
• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA assists with nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning and transporting residents.
• Makes both occupied and unoccupied bed (as assigned).
• Checks residents frequently to assure that their personal care needs are being met
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires a CNA licensure
