STG International, Inc. (STGi) seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide services at The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, TX. The CNA delivers routine daily nursing care per the resident’s plan and under supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes, weighing residents, taking vitals, assisting with ADLs, preparing residents for meals, transporting to appointments, and supporting engagement activities as needed.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• Provide routine daily nursing care according to assessment and care plan.
• Follow supervisors' directions and facility policies.

Responsabilidades

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse/Supervisor promptly.
• Weigh residents as per care plan and monitor for weight changes.
• Measure vitals and document in the medical record.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
