Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA license required within four months of employment.
• Driver's license and vehicle record may be required depending on facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living under supervision.
• Document care given and report changes to licensed nurse.
• Transport and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Support with meals, grooming, bathing, and daily routines.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
