Job summary

The position is full-time, onsite in Apex, NC with 36 hours per week and daytime shifts. Compensation aligns with experience and internal equity, and employment is through UNC Health with the Rex SNF unit.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant I certification in NC DHHS.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred CNA experience in clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living for residents/patients.
• Transport residents/patients within the facility.
• Change bed linens, run errands, direct visitors, and answer calls.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration as directed.
• Provide resident/patient safety, comfort and privacy during duties.
• Communicate pertinent resident/patient information to appropriate staff.
