This full-time position offers a $1,500 sign-on for eligible candidates, a minimum starting rate of $16.25 per hour, and up to $3 per hour in shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus up to $40,000 in tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related healthcare or nursing aide experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as directed within the nursing assistant scope to support the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Identify, observe, and document the patient’s physical needs; report changes to licensed personnel promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ongoing continuum of care, including hygiene and linen changes.
• Perform clerical duties for admissions, transfers,discharges and related tasks, and coordinate patient throughput.
