Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope as part of the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Identify and document patient needs; report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine patient care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and specimen handling as directed.
• Support patient safety and transport of patients and specimens.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and clerical responsibilities.
