Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience.
• Active, unrestricted licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes innovative teaching methods and experiential learning to engage students.
• Designs instructional materials, lesson plans and assessments aligned with objectives.
• Oversees labs, skill demonstrations, simulations and clinical practice sessions.
• Coordinates clinical experiences and maintains relationships with clinical partners.
• Assessments of student performance and provides feedback for growth.
• Mentors students and offers career guidance and academic support.
• Keeps current with healthcare regulations and pedagogical trends.

Education
