Job summary

Keiser University in Florida seeks an experienced nursing instructor to deliver education through courses, labs and clinical sites. You will prepare course plans, deliver instruction, monitor progress and attendance, advise students and record grades.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred) and a current Florida RN or APRN license, with at least two years of full-time nursing practice and teaching experience; learning outcomes assessments experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current unrestricted State of Florida RN License or APRN license.
• Full time nursing practice, minimum 2 years
• Full time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred
• Experience with learning outcomes assessments preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing course plans and materials

• Recording grades and submitting reports
• Fulfilling faculty duties of instruction in classroom, laboratory, and clinical sites
