Job summary

Baptist Health is looking for a dedicated aide to provide nursing care and support for patients, particularly focusing on personal hygiene and routine vital signs. This full-time position includes 12-hour shifts to assist patients in their daily activities while ensuring a safe environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The ideal candidate will have completed an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA and preferably have one year of experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides nursing care, especially for pediatric and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in personal hygiene of patients.
• Monitor and document routine vital signs.
• Provide routine care under RN supervision.

Full Time/ 26 hours weekly 12 hour shifts/ 7P -7A Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.
