Job summary

Regency Hospital - Minneapolis in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for PRN/Per Diem, 12-hour shifts. The role pays $25/hour. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years) is required.
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant).
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using basin-less bath products.
• Provide oral hygiene and oral feeding care.
• Care for patients' hair.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist movement on stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and other instruments.
• Keep patients' rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years)

Nursing assistant certification or hospital experience

BLS certification within 90 days of hire
