Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license within 15 days of hire.
• Hands-on patient contact must be supervised by a licensed RN.
• Basic computer skills.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Knowledge across lifespan care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RN to organize work and set priorities.
• Assist with personal care under RN supervision.
• Perform rehabilitation activities and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Observe and report patient observations to the RN.
• Document data in EHR and care records; assist in emergencies.
• Perform related duties as required.
