Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent experience.
• BLS certification provided if needed.
• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care including helping with ADLs and documenting intake and output.
• Record vital signs and patient weight; report changes to the RN.
• Reinforce patient safety and education, eg. fall prevention and use of assistive devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized bedside area and perform hourly rounding.
