Aufgaben

• Direct Patient Care: Toileting, ambulating, repositioning, intake/output, weight, vitals; report changes to the RN.
• Reinforcing education with patients on spirometer use and fall prevention.
• Maintain a clean, organized bedside area for a safe workspace.
• Intentionally rounding on each patient every hour.
