Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to assigned residents under supervision. The role supports residents through hygiene, meals, and routine activities in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

The position emphasizes teamwork with the caregiving family at StoneBridge Senior Living, with opportunities for training and advancement as part of our community-based care model.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes

Responsibilities

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).
