Job summary

StoneBridge Hermann is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant in Hermann, MO to provide daily resident care under supervision and according to care plans. You will assist with meals, hygiene, and routine activities, while documenting observations as required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education or equivalent (HS Diploma / GED preferred).
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).
